MenuPriceToday ("MenuPriceToday", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We do not intentionally collect special-category data (such as health, religion, or biometric data) and ask that you do not submit it to us.

Account data is retained while your account is active; usage and analytics data are retained for up to 24 months; price-alert preferences are retained until you unsubscribe or delete your account. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of the "sharing" of your information for personalized advertising, adjust your cookie/ad settings as described above and use the advertising opt-outs (Google Ads Settings and the NAI opt-out page). We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA/CPRA right.

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 in the EEA/UK or under 13 in the United States. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

14. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no agreed industry standard for DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals, but you can control tracking through the cookie and advertising choices described above. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where legally required.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will indicate material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
