MenuPriceToday is an independent, informational price-tracking service that aggregates and displays fast-food menu prices and related information from publicly available sources, including delivery platforms (such as Uber Eats and foodpanda) and official brand websites. We do not sell food, take or fulfill orders, set prices, or act for any restaurant or brand. All prices and content are provided for general informational purposes only.

3. No Affiliation; Trademarks

MenuPriceToday is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any restaurant chain, brand, or delivery platform featured on the Service. All brand names, logos, menu names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes (nominative fair use). Their appearance does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

4. Accuracy of Prices & Information

Prices, menus, nutrition figures, opening hours, and other data are sourced from third parties and are indicative only. They are NOT an offer to sell, and they may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or different from the price you are actually charged.

Prices may differ from those shown for reasons including, without limitation:

• Regional, city, or branch-level pricing differences
• Time-limited promotions, surcharges, or temporary changes
• Differences between delivery-platform prices and in-store prices
• Delays or gaps in our data-refresh cycle and source data

Allergen & nutrition — health notice: nutrition figures, ingredients, and allergen information are indicative, may be incomplete or out of date, and must NOT be relied upon for health or safety decisions. 15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. The English-language version of these Terms is the binding version; any translation is provided for convenience only.
