But Bozo’s has done a great job in processing and creating seafood dishes. The houmous combo with Cajun/Creole and Mardi Gras options is very impressive. The Cajun/Creole sauce comes with crispy and flavorful bread, while the Mardi Gras sauce has a rich flavor with green onions and red onions. The oysters are fresh, the shrimp is large and tender, the crab is sweet, and the catfish is soft and delicious. The seafood platter is large enough to satisfy one person or can be shared by two.
